Dry Wines

1. TWIN TOWERS RED (red cap)
This red wine is dry but fruity, lightly oaked, and made from locally grown Leon Millot grapes. Its label features the Indiana Cotton Mill in nearby Cannelton, IN. This sandstone structure was Perry County’s first National Historic Landmark.
2. TWIN TOWERS RED (black or silver cap)
Black Cap- dry red from a blend of Norton and Villard Noir- is earthy with hints of leather and tobacco. It has been very popular!
Silver Cap- dry red Norton. Rich berry notes with an easy finish
3. PRIME 23 (cream cap 2015 harvest)
Dry, fruity, spicy, oaked, and made from locally grown Leon Millot, Foch and Villard grapes. "Prime 23" refers to the Celtic cross carved for Blue Heron Vineyards by local artist Greg Harris. The sandstone cross was carved using multiples of the prime number 23, was built in 23 months and leans approximately 23 degrees.

4. ON DECK WHITE (cream cap, green cap and a black capsule)
Cream Cap-The 2018 harvest proved to be a great one for Vidal. This Indiana-grown grape produced a dry, but smooth wine boasting mango notes. So far, our dry and our sweeter palette customers have enjoyed it! SOLD OUT 
Green Cap- A dry Traminette with signature floral nose and with an almost grapefruit juice finish
Black Cap- This dry Riesling has a fruity nose with a citrus finish

23 DEGREES
(coppery cap) SOLD OUT

From Perry County, IN vineyards- this year's 23 is a med-dry red utilizing the Foch grape. It is fruity, a little sweet in the front with a dryer finish. It suits a variety of palettes!

HOOSIER RED
This is the signature label of the Hoosier Wine Trail. The current version of this Indiana-grown Chambourcin grape is full-bodied and drier than usual. crisp, with a vanilla nose and finish.

A great blend of Chambourcin and Norton grapes

Sweet Wines (but not too sweet!)

 ON DECK RED (gold capsule)
This red wine is made from Indiana-grown grapes Leon Millot and a small amount of DeChaunac. It has been sweetened and balanced so it is sweet, but with an earthy finish.
ON DECK RED (purple capsule) ...actually more of a blush... is made from local American grape Catawba, and is sweet with a citrus-like finish. The sweet version is sold out, however the medium is available.
ON DECK RED (black capsule) SOLD OUT
The "black cap" version is a concord blend, aged in a used whiskey barrel, achieving
several layers starting with the nose and ending with a wonderful aftertaste.
ON DECK WHITE  (sweet) 
Blue Capsule- From a blend of 4 grapes, this white wine is light and refreshing with the sweetness of honeysuckle and a slightly dry finish. This wine if perfect for a summer afternoon “on our decks” or blended as a spritzer!
FOUR BLUE STARS (Blueberry) 
Our Blueberry wine is named after our three children and son-in-law who serve in the military.  We are proud of this well-balanced wine made from locally grown white grapes and blended with natural blueberry juices.
CONSTITUTION (Cherry) 
This Cherry Wine utilizes tart pie cherry juices blended with our white wine.  The result has been a light, sweeter wine with an almond-like finish.
